Coach Donee – Subscription Rules and Cancellation Policy

These rules are governed by Coach Donee’s terms and conditions, which are incorporated by reference. Together, these rules and the terms and conditions form a binding legal agreement.

Payment Confirmation:

Once the payment is made, the confirmation notice will be sent to the client via email of receipt. 

Mechanism:

  1. By subscribing, you are enrolling in a recurring monthly service that renews automatically until you cancel as outlined in the cancellation policy below.
  2. Coach Donee reserves the right to add, change, or alter subscription products. Any changes affecting your subscription will be communicated via your registered email address.
  3. Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depends on the issuing bank of the credit card.
  4. By completing the initial payment, you authorize Coach Donee to collect recurring monthly payments via a third-party payment gateway. Your credit card information will be securely stored by the payment processor—please review their Privacy Policy for details.

Cancellation Policy:

  1. Minimum Commitment: The minimum subscription duration is three (3) months.
  2. Early Cancellation: If you cancel during the initial three (3) months, your card will be charged for the full three-month amount, regardless of the reason (including illness, injury, travel, or relocation).
  3. Pause Subscription: If you need to pause your subscription for up to two (2) weeks due to illness, injury, or travel, please refer to our Freeze Subscription policy.
  4. Cancellation After 3 Months: From month four (4) onwards, you may cancel by following these steps:
    • Go to “My Subscriptions” under your profile.
    • Select the active subscription package you wish to cancel.
    • If eligible for cancellation, click the “Cancel” button.
    • Confirm your cancellation and state the reason.
    • Once confirmed, auto-payments will stop the following month. For example, if your renewal is on December 15th, you must cancel by December 14th to avoid being charged.

Monthly Session Allocation:

  1. Subscription options include 8, 12, 16, or 20 sessions per month.
  2. Sessions are credited monthly upon successful payment.
  3. All sessions must be used within 30 days from the credit date—unused sessions do not carry over.
  4. Example: If you purchase a 12-session package and use only 11 sessions, the remaining session expires after 30 days.

Freeze Subscription Policy:

  1. Eligibility: You may freeze your subscription for up to two (2) weeks during the initial 3-month period.
  2. How to Freeze:
    • Go to “My Subscription” under your profile.
    • Select the active subscription package.
    • If eligible, click the “Freeze” button and confirm your reason.
    • Your next payment will be delayed by two weeks.
  3. Usage During Freeze: You cannot train during the freeze period.
  4. Ongoing Freeze Option: After the initial 3-month period, you are allowed one (1) two-week freeze per quarter.
  5. Trainer Availability: If your trainer is unavailable, you can either freeze your subscription or train with an alternative trainer.

Additional Terms:

  1. Only one (1) active subscription is allowed per account.
  2. Subscriptions cannot be shared, transferred, or resold.
  3. Coach Donee reserves the right to pause or cancel subscriptions at any time for any reason.
  4. No refunds are provided—please review our cancellation policy before subscribing.

Pay-As-You-Go (I Want Flexibility) Policy:

  1. Mechanism:
    • This is a one-time payment model.
    • Each package has an expiry date. Once expired, unused sessions will be removed from your account.
    • You can view package details and expiry dates under “My Packages” in the app.
  2. Cancellation & Refund Policy:
    • All purchases are non-refundable, regardless of the reason (including illness, injury, travel, or relocation).
    • For pauses due to illness, injury, or travel, please refer to our Freeze Package policy.
  3. Session Expiry:
    • Package options range from 1 to 100 sessions across different training types (e.g., Solo, Duo, Kids, Krav Maga, MMA, Yoga).
    • Sessions must be used before the package’s expiry date.
    • Expired sessions cannot be transferred, extended, or exchanged for cash.

Freeze Package:

Coach Donee understands that you may need to pause your package due to unforeseeable illness, injury, or travel.

  1. Eligibility: You are allowed one (1) freeze period for a maximum of two (2) weeks per package purchased.
  2. How to Freeze:
    • Email us from your registered email address at [email protected].
    • Include the reason for freezing and supporting proof (e.g., a doctor’s note or travel documentation).
    • Our customer service team will respond within two (2) working days to confirm if your freeze request is approved.
  3. Usage During Freeze: You cannot train during the freeze period.
  4. Automatic Restart: Your package will automatically restart after the freeze period ends.
  5. Trainer Availability: If your trainer is unavailable, you may either freeze your package or continue training with an alternative trainer.

Additional Terms:

  1. You may have multiple active packages per account.
  2. Packages cannot be shared, transferred, or sold for cash.
  3. Coach Donee reserves the right to pause or cancel your package at any time for any reason.
  4. No refunds are provided for packages—please review our cancellation and freeze policies.
