TERMS OF USE
Welcome to Coach Donee! These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, mobile application (“App”), and all related services, features, and content (collectively, the “Platform”). By using the Platform, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please stop using the Platform immediately.

These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, form the entire agreement between you and DFIT SPORT COACHING – FZCO (“Coach Donee,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). If any part of these Terms is found invalid, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.

By using the Platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms as our business evolves. Changes will be posted on our website and are effective immediately upon posting. We will notify you of significant changes via email. Your continued use of the Platform means you accept the updated Terms. If you disagree with any changes, you must stop using the Platform.

ACCESS TO THE PLATFORM
The Platform is intended for users aged 18 and older who reside in regions where our services are available. By using the Platform, you confirm that you meet these eligibility requirements and agree to comply with all applicable laws.

While the Platform is currently free to use, we reserve the right to change this at any time. Access to certain features may require registration or a paid subscription.

YOUR ACCOUNT
To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information and to keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

Each user may only register one account. Sharing or transferring your account is prohibited. If you suspect unauthorized use of your account, notify us immediately. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion.

USING THE PLATFORM
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes. Your rights under these Terms will automatically terminate if you violate any provisions.

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, without notice, if we believe your use violates these Terms or harms our interests.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Platform and all content, including text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by Coach Donee and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, duplicate, or resell any part of the Platform or its content without our permission.

USER COMMENTS AND FEEDBACK
We welcome your feedback, provided it is respectful and lawful. By submitting comments or ideas, you grant us the right to use them without compensation. Do not submit confidential or proprietary information unless you are willing to assign ownership to us.

PROHIBITED CONDUCT
When using the Platform, you agree not to:

  • Harass, threaten, or defraud others.
  • Share inappropriate, hateful, or illegal content.
  • Impersonate others or access accounts without permission.
  • Upload viruses or harmful software.
  • Use the Platform for unauthorized commercial purposes.

THIRD-PARTY LINKS AND SERVICES
The Platform may include links to third-party websites or services. These are provided for your convenience, but we do not endorse or control them. Use third-party services at your own risk.

We may also integrate with wearable fitness devices (e.g., Fitbit, Apple Watch). By connecting your device, you authorize us to use your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

PRIVACY
Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the Platform, you agree to our Privacy Policy.

PERSONAL TRAINING SERVICES
Through the Platform, you can book personal training sessions (“Sessions”) with certified trainers. By booking a Session, you agree to these Terms and our cancellation policy.

12-Hour Cancellation Policy
You may cancel or reschedule a Session with at least 12 hours’ notice. Late cancellations or no-shows will result in a full charge for the Session.

PAYMENTS
Payments are processed through third-party providers. You agree to their terms and conditions when making a payment. Once payment is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours.

  • Visa or MasterCard debit and credit cards in AED will be accepted for payment
  • The displayed price and currency at the checkout page, will be the same price and currency printed on the Transaction Receipt and the amount charged to the card will be shown in your card currency.
  • User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of his account

DISCOUNTS AND REWARDS
We may offer discounts on Session packages or loyalty rewards. These are subject to change and cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to others.

NO REFUNDS
All sales are final. Payments are non-refundable, and unused Sessions may expire as outlined on our website.

DISCLAIMER AND LIMITATIONS
Coach Donee is not a medical provider. The Platform and its content are for informational purposes only and do not replace professional medical advice. Consult your physician before starting any fitness program.

By using the Platform, you assume all risks associated with physical activity. We are not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses resulting from your use of the Platform or Sessions.

INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold Coach Donee harmless from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your use of the Platform, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

TERMINATION
You may stop using the Platform at any time. We may terminate your access to the Platform for any reason, without notice.

GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with laws of the United Arab Emirates as applicable in the Emirate of Dubai. We both agree that the courts of DIFC shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

We will not trade with or provide any services to OFAC and sanctioned countries.
